This year's winter walk program will start November 4, 2024 and end March 31, 2025.
The front doors of MHS/SMMS will be open for walker access Monday - Thursday from 5:00 – 7:00 PM (excluding calamity days and school holidays).

Book and Boo is back! Please join us on the turf field of the Roughrider Athletic Complex on Sunday, October 20th at 6:30pm to read under the lights, watch a short Halloween themed movie, and enjoy a few Halloween activities. The FFA Trunk or Treat will be in the visitor parking lot immediately after Book and Boo.
Families are encouraged to bring a blanket to sit on and books to read. Children are invited to wear their Halloween costumes for the Trunk or Treat.
Please park on the home side of the stadium.

SMABB rocking their new uniforms and celebrating their 70th anniversary, welcomed SM Staff back to school at the annual district new school year kickoff!
St. Marys City Schools will be using a new All Call system for district announcements (including delays and cancellations). Parents and legal guardians were automatically loaded into the new system based on the information provided in Final Forms. Additional family members, babysitters, or community members may sign up for district notifications by completing the form at www.smriders.net/smcs_all_call.
St. Marys City Schools is accepting applications for Long Term Substitute Teachers (1 per building).
These positions are temporary, only for the 24/25 school year. Interested candidates must send a Substitute Teacher Application, and copies of substitute teaching license and FBI and BCI background checks to jobs@smriders.net, no later than noon, Monday, July 29, 2024.

The St. Marys City Schools Board of Education will meet on July 10th at 6:30PM in the MHS auditorium. Meeting materials are available at www.smriders.net/BOE
This week, St. Marys City Schools distributed 350 meal packs at 2100 Celina Road and 792 meal packs at West Intermediate School for a total of 1142 packs. Each meal pack contained a gallon of milk and food items for 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches. That's 11,420 meals going out to children in our community! We're thrilled to be able to support our students, families and community with our summer meal program! We'd like to give a huge shout out to our wonderful cafeteria staff and the volunteers who make this happen each week. Our next meal pickup is Tuesday, June 25th.
