Student Transportation Changes

Any changes to transportation should be submitted through the FinalForms Parent Portal.  Please expect a minimum of 3 school days for changes to be implemented.

To request a transportation change:

• Log in to FinalForms and open the forms for your student.  

• Select the Transportation Form.

• Make the necessary changes

• Verify the changes at the bottom of the form.
